That was then, this is now #1

I recently posted the first card I ever made--Here's the post in case you missed it --- and that got me thinking how fun it would be to post a card I made a while ago and one I made today with the same stamp set, so I hope to have lots of these "That was then, This is now" posts--just for fun!
So I figured I needed to start this off with that "wonderful" first card.

That was then.......
and this is now......

So what do you think? Should I go back to the way I made the first one? hehehe!
Supplies:
card size: 5 1/2 x 4 1/4
stamps: TAC Easter-retired
paper: Georgia Pacific, Imaginisce, cardstock
ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Palette Toile Pink
others: prismacolors, CM cutting system, CTMH ribbon,

Hej Danni! So fun to see. It was exactly the same for me - the first cards I nearly dared to put anything on and these days - if there's an empty space - well then you can't leave it empty - can you ;-) Kram - Anki

I kind of wish I had one of my first cards. Not that I'd show anyone (they were really bad) *LOL* but just to see how it all started. You've really come a long way.

it makes a big difference having things like Nestabilities and pretty papers - we all had to start somewhere and as the stash grows, so does our talent, hopefully! hugs, annie x

wow- big difference. I don't have my first card and I'm quite sure that I'd never be brave enough to show it to anyone!!
