What to create…

I was so ahead of the game last weekend and had tons of ideas rolling around in my brain and then this week I’ve been busier than normal with daily things and every time I’d come into my craft room I’d sit and stare.

I know I want to create and I have lots of ideas but when it comes to actually doing them..I sit and stare. LOL!

So I decided to make myself dive into a project so maybe the creativity will flow easily again!
I used my Cricut to cut out letters for Matthew’s science fair project and then I spent some time going through all the books with my cartridges. I was excited to rediscover some cuts I’d forgotten about. I don’t know why I don’t use my Cricut more!

When I saw Jen’s Deconstructed Sketch for the week, I thought it would be perfect to use with my CTMH Art Philosophy Cartridge for a few of the shapes. Here’s the sketch~

Here’s what I came up with~ of course it took me forever to decide on an image but I finally chose Fabby from Stamping Bella--I’m not sure she’s ever been inked up! I had a lot of fun using my Cricut too…really must challenge myself to use it more!

Doesn't take long to go from being ahead of the game to being behind again, does it, Danni. :( Fabulous card - I'm glad you were inspired!!

Cute card! I haven't seen that SB image - she's really cute. Great idea to use your Cricut to make your card. I really should do that myself once in a while!
