Flowers, flowers, flowers

I have been so blessed by friends to receive new flower goodies for my crafting but I just shoved them into my flower drawer and pretended they didn't exist.

I really think my flower drawer has been a hinderance when it comes to me using flowers on my creations because every time I opened it to find a flower or flowers, it would overwhelm me and I'd close it and do something different.

Finally today I took the time to organize it, whew! I'm so pleased with the end result and hope this means lots of flowery creations to come.

It was also interesting to find which colors I had the most/least of.

For now I just put all the color groups into baggies and will figure out something once we move. From Millan.Net

How do YOU store your flowers?

If all else fails-add pink, sparkle and a butterfly!

Wow!! That's a lot of flowers!! LOVING how you are color separating them!! I don't have a lot of flowers... so I have them all together in a jar :)

Looks like a great job of organizing. I'm sure it feels wonderful to have that done.

Wow, looks like you had fun organizing! I have mine in jars organized by color along with strips of left over ribbons in the same color.

So many fun flowers, in every size and color!!! Have fun using 'em!

I store mine in snapware by color....so easy to take along when going away for a day of crafting.
