Something new for me

One of my favorite techniques is paper piecing but I’ll admit it, trying it with a digi stamp made me quake in my flip flops! But I decided I needed to try it before I gave it a bad name so here’s my first attempt at paper piecing a digi stamp.
The image is from Tiddly Inks and is called Belle. The paper is some I’ve had forever! While it did work okay I will say that my printer did not really like the designer paper I used so maybe I need to try different types to see what works best.

Hope you have a great day!! I am busy getting things ready for Matthew’s birthday which is tomorrow…double digits here we come! the big 1-0! eek…where’s my baby boy?? I must say though, I am very proud of him, he’s really such an awesome kid. (Both Belle and him sat politely while Peggy and I sat and talked about stamps and such during our fun little meetup at Pike’s Market yesterday, hehe)
The little details~ digi- Belle, copics, flowers, stickles, glitter dots, teeny butterfly punch,

  1. Hi Danni,
This is gorgeous. The paper is beautiful, she looks divine in orange. I have yet to try PP digis. When I get a printer that works that might be one of the new things I'll try. Have a great Friday and weekend!
