From The Vault Release and Blog Hop

Spring Digi's Release Day at Whimsy and Stars Studio!

Today is the day! Mabelle RO- Whimsy and Stars Studio is releasing her new Spring Digi Stamp Collection! These images are just wayyy too cute!! So head on over and get some for yourself!!

My card today uses the uber cute Ballerina Teddy. Just adorable!! as are all of these images for this release!! I can't wait to use them all!

I had a bit of a mishap and the nestabilities die moved when I cut out my first cutie bear so I printed another one and then cut out what I could of the original bear and glued her on top. A quick save, whew!

I just got the new Kraftin' Kimmie fairies from Susana's store so I *had* to ink one up! They are just so fun! I chose Talullahbelle as her hair intrigued me..hehe!

I had to get creative as I smeared some ink on the paper accidentally but I think I hid it well... does anyone else have creative mistakes like that?

I hope everyone has a very wonderful Easter!

I don't have a creation to share with you today as I'm working on several things for this week and next month--LOTS of fun going on so stayed tuned!

I do have a few photos to share from our fun trip to the Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium though. As you know I totally {heart} zoos and this one is so much fun, so nice! I loved it! 


I also discovered they have a zookeeper for a day program and one of the dates that it's available is on my birthday! So I bet you can guess what I'm asking for my birthday (in September!)

StampFairy Challenge #19

I've seen the adorable StampFairy images around blogland so I gave in to peer pressure and got some..hehe! I *might* have gotten quite a few as they were on sale..hehe!

Then I discovered they have challenges...what better way to use the digis! So I'm playing along with this week's--which is about to be done!--which is For the Girls. Anything for the girls with a sentiment. Easy peasy!

Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps Challenge #39

The challenge this week at Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps is to make your handmade embellishment. I thought I'd give it a try!

I had colored Cupcake Ruby at one of the craft groups so I thought she'd be fun to use. I used some of my fun My Mind's Eye Fine and Dandy True Blue paper (which is discounted right now!).


Don't faint either...I did use my sewing machine. We're going to pretend the sewing is straight and that there aren't extra holes where I had to fix a broken thread. Sigh. I need to use it more!!


I wasn't very original for my handmade embellishment..I made the rolled flowers but at least I tried, right?

With All My Heart

This week is an open week so I thought I'd use one of my Magnolia's that I had colored, Tilda with Hawaiian flower. I had to get several of these newer Tilda's out of the Butterfly Collection..it was just a must!

I used my 1st Signs of Spring stamp by Carmen Medlin for SCACD because I am seeing the signs of spring here! So fun to have the "seasons" again after being in the desert where it's pretty much either summer or winter...LOL!

Gothic Pinups

I have a stack of images I've colored at different times and decided to spend some time putting them onto cards.

First I wanted to work on some of Tiddly Inks new Gothic Pinups. 

Up first is Tainted. I know, not my normal type of image but I really like these, something different, something fun!

For my layout I used a sketch I had saved from The Little Paper Shop-which I think is no longer in business.
