Today's card uses the frog that I used in the "Adding Texture to Copic Coloring Video Tutorial". He's from the TLC Designs Troll Cricket Fun stamp set. 

Once I started thinking of a card design I thought this would be a fun interactive card so I pulled out the TLC Designs See You in the Center Interactive Die. I was right, these interactive cards are addicting!! 

As I was coloring up the cute little troll girl I realized I was using pink and orange again. It's always been one of my favorite color combos but I guess this week I'm really feeling it! 

I paper pieced (stamped on the designer paper) the little mushrooms as I thought they'd be a fun addition to the card. 

How cute did this turn out!! I'm already thinking of my next interactive cards! I don't know why I waited so long to create these!!

There's a Stamp For That #23- I toadally miss you!

I have one more card to share today for the current challenge at my group, There's a Stamp For That. Challenge #23 has the themes of frogs or paper piecing or Freshly Made Sketches #458 (used with permission). I've created cards for the sketch and paper piecing so today I am going with the frog theme!

I thought the little frog from the TLC Designs stamp set, Troll Cricket Fun, would be fun to use. I stamped him three times to give me a trio of froggy fun!

I used the TLC Designs Aztec Sunshine Circle dies for the circle and clouds. The sentiment is from the Troll Cricket Fun set.

How fun did this turn out!!

There's a Stamp For That- Hello Friend!

There's a new challenge at my group, There's a Stamp For That!! Challenge #19 has the themes of Dogs or Rainbows or Umbrellas. Come join the fun!!

For my card I went with the umbrella theme for my card and used a fun stamp set from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps called Lulu and Friends. 

I was so super excited when I went to find my designer paper and found this cute umbrella paper that has been in my stash for awhile!! Yay!

I added some glossy accents to the coat, boots and umbrella to make them look a little more realistic.

Continuing on my quest to use all the Sweet Sunday Sketches in order, here is #38! I am really having fun doing these sketches and it's fun to think outside my go-to-layout and use stamps that haven't seen some love in awhile!

The Pink Elephant Challenge #165

It’s time for another Pink Elephant Challenge! Be sure to visit the blog to see how you can play along with us this week and to see the other talented DT’s creations!
This week our challenge is to create a Wedding or Anniversary card. I don’t know why but this one was hard for me.
Here’s what I came up with using a TAC set, Frogs & Kisses. I went for a more fun card. I stamped my froggies in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with copics and added some sparkle with stickles and a stardust pen. I kept the card pretty simple but thought it turned out fun and cute!

The Seminar Post--warning long!!

Oh my! Where do you begin? What a truly amazing experience! I just keep pinching myself to see if I was dreaming it all.
It was so fun from the minute I arrived at the airport and met Michelle!! I am so thankful she was able to put up with me for all of this, LOL!! What fun we had!!
The whole seminar was just a blur of happiness and information! So much that I’m still letting it all sink in. I have so many ideas!! One of them that I am working on is that with this catalog, TAC brought forth the idea of card clubs.
I LOVE this idea as most of you know, I love sending cards to make people smile and if you remember, I had said I wanted my cards to really matter--to help as many people as I can to find that smile. This is the PERFECT way to do that!! So watch this space towards the end of July for more information on my new card club--Danni’s Dreams Caring Hearts!!
Another thing that stood out for me in this seminar was I CAN DO THIS!! I will share that I had thought about quitting TAC….but this has shown me that I am FABULOUS and I can do this!!
I also really enjoyed all the make and takes! Here’s the project ones we did on Saturday (and one that Holly presented). I didn’t complete all the rest of them as I was too overwhelmed but I have the information and the angels who presented them did fabulous! I didn’t get my bows made and put on some of these but you get the idea and yes, all the stamps shown are new fabulous ones!

Another aspect of this seminar that really stood out to me was the girlfriend time! It was such a blast sharing a room with Michelle and Barb! I don’t know when I’ve laughed so hard or so long! Love these gals! and it was awesome to meet so many other angels!!
Oh and it was such a neat surprise that we had the opportunity to have Susan from Tsukineko speak and demonstrate products for us! I learned so much!! and can’t wait to get some new goodies to play with and get inky!!
I had heard that the other angels did “trades” and “specials” before I left. Well I had NO idea what that was so I didn’t do anything. Well lookie at what I came home with~~even though I didn’t have anything to trade, they still showered me in their awesome creations!! Thank you to all you angels!!!!

I could ramble on and on but I’ll end this with a HUGE thank you to The Angel Company!! I came home with 21 stamp sets and 7 paper packs!! How generous is that?? wow!! So with that~~ I’m off to finish cutting rubber and get to stamping!!
