What a FUN stamp set!! It just makes me smile when I look at all the mythical creatures!! I used the reading dragon for today's card! I love the sentiment, "In a world full of bookworms, be a bookdragon!" The new Leafy Mandala stencil is so pretty and versatile!!

Final Farewell To Summer Collab- Tides of Love

Mojo Monday Sketch #543 Swap Times Two

One of the swaps in my group last month was to create a card using Mojo Monday Sketch #543. One of the members had a medical issue come up so I made two cards, one for my partner and one for their partner.

I decided to use the MFT One-Of-A-Kind Friend set and the Not 2 Shabby Summer Donuts 6x6 paper pad for both of my cards. I think they turned out so fun and I hope they make the receipents smile!

Final Farewell to Summer Collab- 4 Summer Cards August 9

My friend Teresa and I had so much fun with our last collab that we decided to do another one! For the month of August we are going to have a Final Farewell to Summer Collab each Wednesday! 

For my cards today I decided to use 4 summer digis from Krista Smith, 1 set of dies-MFT A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX set 1, the MFT Sand, Surf & Sky 6x6 paper pad and the MFT Itty Bitty Summer stamp set to create my cards.

I had so much fun coloring up these images!! I truly do love Krista Smith digis!! I'm so happy she has a shop now where anyone can buy her digis but the perks are great if you become a member of her Patreon! 

The cards are all very simple but they just let those images shine!

Perfect Day for an Adventure

In the Crafty Fun With Friends of LV Handcrafted Group there is a month long challenge with the theme of Adventure. 

I thought that the Kraftin' Kimmie stamp set, Perfect Adventures was well, perfect for this challenge!

I colored up each critter and then used some old Basic Grey paper and the Whimsy Stamps Slimline Waves die to create this super fun slimline card!

I just love having all these critters on the card ready for the perfect adventure!

Hello Friend

I had so much fun trying out all my new goodies from Pink & Main!! I am in love with their foiling products and this new stamp set, Hey Hot Stuff is so cute and fun!!

I love that I was able to get amazing results on my first try with the Mini Minc! I may be hooked to foiling!!

I used the Big Posies Foilables along with the Flowers Silver CheerFoil and then the Flower Power Foilable Kit with the Fairy Wings Pink CheerFoil for all my foiled elements of my card.

I colored up the cute dragon from the Hey Hot Stuff stamp set and then put the card together. A pretty clean and simple card but wow, that foil really jazzes it up! I thought the top portion need a little something so I used the Many Flowers Embossing Folder.

I did add some glossy accents to the glasses as it's one of my favorite things to do! I wasn't going to add embellishments but then decided it needed something so I added some enamel dots from the Dragonfly Dreams Enamel Dots.

As I was looking through some challenge blogs I discovered that The Paper Players: PP651 was a Tic Tac Toe Challenge and I realized this card works for the top row across! Flowers, Green and Embossing!

Bee Collab with Fresh and Renewed with Teresa

Today I am in a fun collab with Fresh and Renewed with Teresa over on YouTube! Check out my video HERE!!

Teresa has been doing a bee series on her channel and the theme in my Swap/RAK group for August is going to be bees so we just thought we'd have fun and share some bee themed projects!

I have been having so much fun with the way I'm creating for the Create it Three Way hops so I decided to do that- one stamp set, one paper pad and one sketch for 3 cards.

I decided to use the Freshly Made Sketches Sketch #547.

I chose the Not 2 Shabby Honey Bee Kisses stamp set and the Not 2 Shabby Sunflower Bees 6x6 paper pad.

Inky Paws Challenge #203- Color Challenge

I thought it would be fun to use the Bokeh Stencil Set to create my background. I did the first layer in the challenge colors and then the second layer I added some stickles gel. What a pretty effect!

I stamped and colored up the Beach Barks stamp set and then cut the fun dogs out with the coordinating dies. I used the Frameworks dies to create a little frame for the dogs.

I used the Circle Frames dies to cut out a circle for the sentiment that I heat embossed in white. 

I finished off the card by adhering it all down and finishing off the inside. I almost forgot but then remembered to add glossy accents to the glasses, such a fun touch! and I added some glitter dots!

Create It Three Ways Collab IG Hop-Birthday Mice

Yesterday I was in another Create It Three Ways Collab IG Hop! You are given a theme and then you create 3 cards with that theme and a product/color/die/etc. It reminds me of my Three for Tuesday series I had for awhile which I enjoyed! 

The theme for this month is Birthday! I like what I did last month creating 3 cards using the same stamp set, paper and sketch so I think that is what I will try to do each month!

I chose my sketch first and decided to continue on my journey to use the Mojo Monday Sketches in order so I'm using Mojo Monday Sketch #2 for my cards today!

For my stamp set and papers I chose to use Newton's Nook Birthday Mice Stamp Set and the Newton's Nook Birthday Party 6x6 Paper Pad!
