TE Key Ingredients June 2010 Kit- MFT Stamps

**Edited to add that life happened and Kristie will not have a post up today! Hopefully things will settle down and she'll be able to create next month!**

My friend Kristie and I did a little collab last month using our older Taylored Expressions Key Ingredients Kits. We had so much fun that we decided to do it again this month!! You can see my video from last month HERE! Kristie's post from last month is HERE!

I was running low on mojo so I looked to some sketches to get my creativity going!

First up I used Mojo Monday Sketch #541.

After looking through my stamps I decided on the MFT Pure Innocence stamp, Sunny Smiles. I adore her shirt! It makes me smile!

The next sketch I found was from a challenge blog that is no longer around but I still have their sketches saved in Pinterest as they are great! The Sweet Stop Sketch 70.

I pulled out my MFT Blooming Friendship stamp set to go with this sketch. It's such a cute set!

For my last card I thought this sketch from MFT looked fun! MFT Sketch #551.

I decided to pair this fun sketch with the MFT Adorable Elephants stamp set Love those sweet elephants!

January 2022 SheetLoad of Cards Leftovers

I had a few leftovers from the January 2022 SheetLoad of Cards so I thought I'd use them up while they were out. 

I ended up creating 3 cards using the super fun MFT Picture Perfect Party Animals stamp set and the leftovers. I just love how bright and happy these turned out!

Book Buddies Tia

I know, I know, it's not a mermaid card. Never fear, I'll have more mermaids I just needed to break it up a bit. I always have the greatest plans but they never account for creativity that comes in waves and does what it wants. 

Today I have Book Buddies Tia from Some Odd Girl. I adore this digi so much!!

Another image from my "already colored" stack for today's card. This is an oldie but goodie from Whimsy Stamps by Meljen's Designs called Little Dachshund. It makes me smile!

Ellie with Crutches

I just had to get this digi stamp, Ellie with Crutches, from The Paper Nest Dolls because it seemed appropriate with my current situation, although I don't have my arm in a splint, thank goodness!!

I thought it would make a cute get well card! I keep thinking she is some sort of supergirl though because I would not be able to manage crutches with just one arm!! Plus she looks way too cute, yup, she's a supergirl!!

I am really in "sketch" mode this week! Today I decided to play along with the current sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches~

Baseball Love

My goodness, it has been forever since I've created. Okay, not forever but two weeks which equals forever in my world. Last week was the kids spring break so I spent time with them vs. crafting. I must say we had a great time and one of the highlights was feeding alligators at the zoo!

Does anyone else feel "rusty" at coloring/putting together a card after they've taken time off? I sure do but figured I'd just dive in!

Many of my friends are excited for baseball season so I chose to color up the fun Baseball Love from Whimsy Stamps!

Latte Anya

Coloring just had to happen today! I have to balance out scrappin' with colorin'! LOL! Eventually I'm sure I'll have some coloring in my scrapbooks but for now I'm content with switching off every now and then.

I recently got this fun Latte Anya stamp and she was dying to be inked up. I was so tickled to find little heart buttons in my stash to match the one on her hat too!!

Paper Pretties Challenge~ Buttons!

This week our challenge is to use Buttons! How easy is that!!

For my card I inked up Sock Monkey! Super fun!!

I colored the image with copics (W3, W5, W0, E71, R24, R29, BG10) and then fussy cut him out. My papers are some from my older than the hills pile and then I added a doily and the buttons with scrappers floss.

Sweater Pup

I have a ton of animal stamps but tend to shy away from using them often as coloring them is out of my comfort zone but I thought this year would be a good year to just say what the heck and use them!

This is a digi from Some Odd Girl called Sweater Pup. How fun is he!! 

I colored him with copics and then fussy cut him out. I used Basic Grey's Marjolaine papers with some buttons laced with scrappers floss to complete the card.

My layout is from an older sketch at SCS, SC444.
