For today I created another gift card holder. I went with a coffee theme since I had an old Starbucks gift card, I took my inspiration from that! I used Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Coffee Talk stamp set, MFT Itty Bitty Gifting stamp set, Not 2 Shabby Plaids for Christmas papers and the MFT Do-It All Gift Tag dies.

I think this turned out nice and any coffee lover would like to receive it.

{BYSHC} Sketch 28-Holly Jolly Christmas

There's a new sketch at the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers- {BYSHC}!! Hope you'll come join us and play along and build up that holiday card stash!!

Here's the sketch, Sketch 28-

I kept this card pretty simple and just used a sentiment stamp from the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Holiday Greetings stamp set and some beloved Basic Grey paper, Eskimo Kisses.

I did giggle a bit as I didn't think this through and the cute deer on the paper was covered up by the sentiment so you just see the legs. Oh well, hopefully it will still bring someone joy!

Even though it's simple, I think it turned out nice and will be great for mailing!

There's a Stamp For That #35- Springtime Blessings

The new challenge at my group, There's a Stamp For That!! Challenge #35 has the themes of No Patterned Paper or Easel Card or Mojo Monday Sketch #540-used with permission.

For today's card I am using the fun Mojo Monday Sketch #540!

I really liked this sketch since it was a slimline! I decided to use the Springtime stamp set from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps for my card today. Isn't that little chick just so cute!!! My card was a bit longer than the sketch so I added an extra layer and embossed it for some texture.

I'm also entering this card into the Sweet 'n Sassy Facebook Group April Challenge of Easter or Springtime!

October 2021 SheetLoad of Cards Leftovers

I had quite a few leftovers from the October 2021 SheetLoad of Cards so I decided to use them while they were out!

Here's what I made with those leftovers! I started by creating all the backgrounds and then I put the cards together! I was impressed that I got six cards made from just the leftovers!

The first two I used the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Gnome-one Like You stamp set. Those gnomes were fun to color up!

I used the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps My Thoughts of You stamp set for the rest of the cards. Such a great sentiment set!!

Easy Birthday Cards!

I wanted to make some "easy" birthday cards so I set out with just some patterned paper, dies and some stamps. Here's what I came up with~

I like that they still look nice but are very simple and to the point! Sometimes I need to make these kind of cards as I need to remember not every card needs a colored image!

Four on Friday- Like a Sunflower

It's time for another Four on Friday with my friend, Alicia!! This has to be one of my most favorite collabs!! Every few weeks we each post four projects with the same product, technique, type of card, etc. but we don't tell each other what we're doing so it's a surprise for us too!

I decided for my four creations this week would all feature the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamp set, Like a Sunflower! I recently purchased this set so I was excited to use it!

I stamped on some SU Crumb Cake cardstock for my first card and colored the sunflower with Prismacolor pencils. I really love the look of this but rarely do it! If you want to see some AMAZING pencil coloring on kraft cardstock, check out Kerri's blog HERE!! 

I thought it would be fun for the second card to be a mini slimline card. I used my Kat Scrappiness Mini Slimline Zig Zag dies for this one.

I love the sentiment "Keep your face to the sunshine" so I made sure it fit on the next card and I used some brighter colors.

On my last card I decided to have some fun and use some non-traditional colors for my sunflower. Always fun to switch it up!! I decided to add some clouds too since making clouds is one of my favorite things to do!
