MerMay 2023- Waverley and Hydro

For today's card I used another Sweet November Stamps mermaid, Waverely and Hydro. In the Sweet November Stamps Facebook group there is a mermaid coloring challenge going on right now and it's helping me to get mermaids colored up!!
