Fairy February- Spring Fairies

Today I have a card for my Fairy February!! I really didn't know how hard it would be to choose what fairies to use! I finally did an eeny meany miney moe and came up with the Sweet November Stamps Spring Fairies stamp set. 

These are such beautiful fairies! Just so fun to color up!!

I was so happy to find that paper in my stash as it worked perfectly for the background!!

TASFT #49- Bailey and Gizmo

The current challenge at my group, There's a Stamp For That has the themes of Cats or Bright Colors or Thinking of You! For my card today I went with the cat theme!

I used the sweet digi from Sweet November Stamps, Bailey and Gizmo. It makes me smile! That cat is up to no good going after her shoelace!

Shop My Stash- BBQ/Grilling- SSS August 2020 Kit

In case you missed the past few days: I decided to try something new! It's a series of sorts called "Shop My Stash". The concept isn't new but one I haven't really done much of. Sometimes it will be a theme, sometimes a company, sometimes a product, etc. Basically, whatever I'm inspired to work with for a few days. 

I'm starting off by Shopping My Stash for the theme of BBQ/Grilling. I decided that when I've done all the cards I'm going to do with that particular theme, company, product, etc. I will do a video showcasing them all so be sure you're subscribed to my YouTube Channel! 

For today's cards I am using a Simon Says Stamp Kit from August 2020. It has a cute SSS Summer Time BBQ stamp set, SSS Hello Sunshine stamp set, cardstock and Doodlebug papers and stickers. 

I used some of the cards that were showcased with the kit for inspiration. This first card was inspired by a card from Cindy Norberg. I haven't really used stickers much on cards but I do think this turned out adorable! I can't get over the cuteness with those ants!!

I had so much fun with the first card using stickers that I made one more!

Oh So Inspired #21- You're on My Mind

Last Saturday night I was a guest on Crafty Al's "Oh So Inspired Live #21". Lots of fun, as always.

Here's the card I created. I was excited to use my new Cloud Edger Stencil from A Colorful Life. I want to practice more with it but I like the clouds it creates.

Flutterbee Yara

February 2022 SheetLoad of Cards Leftovers-You Are So Kind

There weren't very many leftovers from the February 2022 SheetLoad of Cards but enough to make one more card so I decided to use them while they were out.

I created a background with the leftovers and then decided to use the Sweet November Gneal and Gnorah stamp set with the background. I went with Gnorah for my card today. 

I colored up lots of the little accessory stamps to go with Gnorah. How cute are those bees!! 

I created a little scene with her and now I just can't stop smiling when I look at this card!

Three for Tuesday- Squirrel Friends

It's time for another Three for Tuesday! Today I'm sharing three cards made with the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Squirrel Friends Stamp Set. 

My first card was super fun to create! I dug out a retired MFT Blueprints die and the card practically made itself! 

For my next card, I knew that I wanted to have the pile of leaves and have a little squirrel friend jump over it. I was pleased with how it turned out.

I'm super excited with how my last card turned out. I used the Kraftin' Kimmie Falling Leaves Stencil and some new to me Prima Marketing Golden Dragon Effect Paste and wow!! The photos don't do it justice! soooo pretty!!! I used the sentiment from the Squirrel Friends set. This card shows that even though there are cute images, you can sometimes just use the sentiment.

I am so happy with how all these turned out! So much fun to play around with one stamp set and use it in different ways!!

So What If You're A Year Older, You're Fabulous!!

Hello there friends!! I'm so happy to be back with another card today! The first week of being back to work really wiped me out but hopefully I can get back into a good routine and be able to craft more.

Today's card uses a pretty digi from Sweet Escape Digis called Dulce. I thought she looked like she was at a birthday party so I made the card into a birthday card.

Four on Friday- No coloring

It's time for another Four on Friday with my friend, Alicia!! This has to be one of my most favorite collabs!! Every few weeks we each post four projects with the same product, technique, type of card, etc. but we don't tell each other what we're doing so it's a surprise for us too!

Today I decided to make four cards with no coloring-sentiments only. Now to some that might not seem like that big of a deal but if you've followed me for any time, you know I LOVE to color and probably 95% of my cards all have an image and coloring on them. It truly is a challenge for me to make sentiment only cards.

After I decided that this was what I was going to do I sat and stared at my craft table for quite awhile. LOL! Finally I decided to use some sketches to make the process a bit easier! Although I'm not going to lie, many times I thought about changing this idea to include colored images, LOL!

My first card uses Freshly Made Sketches #273. I thought it was a great CAS sketch to use a few strips of scraps. I paired the sketch with the Reverse Confetti stamp set, A Friend Like You.

Next I used a sketch I found from Flowerbug's Inkspot. I used SU's Stitched All Around stamp set for this sketch. 

My third card uses a sketch from Mojo Monday, Sketch #546. I used my Simon Says Stamp Greetings Mix 1 for this one. 

For my last card I just went freestyle, although I know there are sketches out there like this. I used my Pretty Pink Posh Thoughtful Greetings.
