Moooooooo…..

Happy Easter! I hope you have a blessed day!
My friend, Sheila, always made me smile with her “themed” days on her blog (She’s done cows before- cows and cows, along with other fun themes) so I decided to see if I could join in the fun so today we’re having a cow day..hehe!!
I have several cow stamps and had planned on having LOTS of cards but with the kids on spring break and Sam home on leave, my crafty time just wasn’t as much as I had originally thought. Regardless, here’s a few cow cards for ya! and be sure to visit Sheila and see what she’s created too!!
Did you know that Red Rubber Designs is open for business and that they carry what were TAC stamps? Pretty cool!!

This one (above) was really CAS but I thought it turned out cute. This stamp company is no longer in business but holds a special place in my heart as it was my first ever design team.

The little details~ TAC Kid Praises, Memento Tuxedo Black, copics, nestabilities, copic multi-liner .03, Basic Grey Urban Prairie, Martha Stewart punches, white pen, Kaisercraft pearls, Missy B Happy Cows, SU Concord Crush ink, SU markers, Zig Wink of Stella gold pen, TAC What’s Moo,

Little Country Dolls

I've always adored these Little Country Dolls from MissyB Designs. They just seem so sweet!
I colored them with prismacolors, OMS and touches of stardust pens. I wanted them to really stand out so I just used black and white cardstock. The white I used my bloom dots embossing folder on. The sentiment is from TAC's Laughter set. Ribbon is some I've had from Walmart.
On the inside and envelope I used TAC's Mini Occasions.

Don't forget about MissyB's Big Give-Away !! You have until the 25th of November!!

Whatever!

These Funky Ducks by MissyB Designs are just so much fun! They've got a funky attitude for sure. This is just a quick little card made with one but I thought it turned out cute.

Paper was in my scrap pile, colored my duck with prismacolors, sentiment is a retired TAC stamp, used my decorative scissors on the purple paper and souflee' pen.

Birds!!

I'm just loving these two sets from MissyB !!!
My first card is from the Penguins set. I just love this saying! Makes me giggle! I colored the penguin with copics, prismacolors, OMS and then added fun flock to his belly and scarf. The paper is some I've had from a Christmas stack. I used both my SU scallop border punch and my Martha Stewart punch. I added a few doodles to make the scallop border stand out with my white gelly roll pen.

I just noticed how blurry this photo is at the bottom, sorry! It says: You can put my gifts over there.
The second card uses the Funky Ducks set. I used a saying from a retired TAC set. I colored the duck with prismacolors and OMS. All the paper is from TAC's ChaCha collection as is the ribbon. I'm lovin' my SU scallop border punch so I had to use it on this card too! The inside and envelope were stamped to coordinate with the paper and they are stamped with a retired TAC set as well.

MissyB Penguins

I was sooo excited when I opened my package of stamps this month from MissyB and saw Penguins!!! I've shared my penguin story so you all know I love penguins. You can order your own set of these cuties here! There are really some cute images and sayings in this set. I have another sample almost ready so hopefully in the next day or two I'll share it. Onto today's cards!
This one is a pretty simple design but I really like how it turned out. I just *love* the saying, 'Tis the season to be freezin!! I colored the penguin with prismacolors, copics and OMS. I used my SU scallop border punch and also used my stardust pen to go over the words. The paper is TAC.
I used SCS sketch this week for this card, SC199. The paper is some I had in my scrap pile. I colored the penguin with prismacolors and OMS then added icicle stickles for the snow/ice. The little pink jewels are Heidi Swapp. Forgot to add that his belly is fun flock so he's all soft and cuddly.
Be sure to check out the MissyB Idea Gallery for more wonderful DT samples!
I really liked what Lori did with the Go Girl set!

Witch

Deb sent me this fun image!

I colored it with prismacolors and OMS with stardust pen to the belt and cobwebs. I distressed the black cardstock edges and then used my MissyB little spider stamp for the inside and envelope.

Be Unique

Yay!! My new MissyB stamps came for October!! I am just loving the sets, as usual.
The first set I played with is Funky Ducks. A really good price, $12.00 for 5 great images!

I just love this image of the Mommy or Daddy Duck with all the ducklings. It's just so fun!

I used SC197 for it. The ducks are colored with copics, prisamcolors and OMS. The sentiment is TAC Be. The paper is also TAC, I believe from Brighten My Day.

I thought the yellow panel needed something so I found some ribbon in my stash and a little yellow saftey pin.

I can't wait to play with more of these fun, funky ducks!

More fall and winter mini fun

I've done several things with the fall part of this cute MissyB Designs set, Fall and Winter Mini's (still on sale!!), so I decided I wanted to have fun with the winter mini's.

I used my new snowdots cuttlebug embossing folder for the background. Then I used my Martha Stewart punch for the strip, stamped the words on it. Then I used my nestabilities for all the circles that the cute little gingerbread man is on. I colored him with copics, prismacolors, OMS, glitter pen and stardust pen.

On the inside I used the cute mittens from the set and also colored them with copics, prismacolors, OMS and stardust pen.

I'm telling you, this is such a cute set and so fun to have so many little stamps to choose from!

MissyB Word Ornaments

Another fun stamp from MissyB! This is from the Word Ornament set and it's on sale right now for, are you sitting down?, $4.00!!! You should go order a set, and some others too, now!!
I used my impress markers to color directly onto the stamp to get the two colors. Then I colored the bow with prismacolors. I thought it would be fun to just use my snowflake cuttlebug embossing folder with red and green accents. The snowflake is a punch that I covered in Holly stickles. I also doodled around the edge with my CM fine tip pens.

Fall and Winter Mini's Fun

Another sketch card for a yahoo group using a Maria Bell Sketch . When I saw the sketch I knew that I had to use my MissyB Fall and Winter Mini's for the card!! Remember you should run to MissyB Designs and order these fun stamps while they are on sale!!!
I used TAC's Cha Cha paper, cardstock, ribbon and tag. The images are colored with prismacolors, OMS and copics. I used a sizzlit die to cut the circles.
Soon I'll share some things made with the winter part of these stamps! I am just loving these as there are so many possiblities!!!

Halloween Pops

I saw these cute little Halloween buckets at the dollar spot at Target. I didn't know what I was going to do with one, but I had to have one. Then I got my fun new MissyB stamps in the mail. The first set I wanted to play with was the Fall and Winter Mini's. There are 26, yes, 26 stamps in this fun little set. And lookie, this set is on sale right now for $6.00!!! You can see and order them here!

So my fun creation is a fun little bucket full of Halloween Tootise Pops! I cut little bands of black cardstock to fit around the Tootsie Pops and then used my nestablities to cut out the scalloped and regular circles. Then I chose some fun images, stamped and colored them with copics, prismacolors and OMS and voila', a fun little bucket of Halloween Pops.

Another wonderful Maria Bell sketch!

Time for another Tuesday sketch on CAC. This is another fun sketch by Maria Bell. She is just so talented! This is also a sketch I probably wouldn't have tried on my own as I'm a chicken most times when it's "different". I need to try more of these fun sketches though!
The cute expectant mom is from Missy B Designs Super Mom set. The little pacifier is an image I got in a grab bag or oopsie set from TAC. I also masked her feet and used my A Muse oval essentials for her to have something to stand on. I colored the images with copics and prismacolors and OMS. Paper is from a DCWV Baby stack and the ribbon is CTMH. I used my nestablities for the scalloped and regular circle.
Thought this would be fun for someone to give at a baby shower or to a newly expectant mom.

Are you a good witch or a bad witch?

I have always loved this stamp set from Missy B, Sassy Girls. They have some of the most fun sayings and I just love their attitudes. I used a sketch from SCS, BSC11. The paper is TAC's Cha Cha. Such fun bright paper! I also masked her feet and used my a muse essential ovals so she'd have something to stand on. I colored her with copics, prismacolor pencils and odorless mineral spirits with a few touches of stardust pen and glaze pen (on her shoes). A fun Halloween card!

Super Mom

I made this for a friend, who in my eyes, truly is a super mom. I didn't really plan for it to be so patriotic looking but that's how it came out. The image is from Missy B stamps. I colored her with my prismacolors and gamsol and also colored her cape with a stardust pen so in real life it sparkles. Used my square punch and star punch and then did the pen work around the edges with a gelly white pen.

Enjoy your day

Not too sure about this card. It came out very different from what I had envisioned. It's one of the sketches for next week in Create A Card (CAC) group I'm in. The image is from MissyB and the sentiment is a retired TAC set. I just used scraps for the paper, colored the image with prismacolors and then used a few heart punches. I also added stardust pen on the hearts and edges of the image. Oh, also used my deckle scissors. The sentiment wasn't standing out much so I went around the letters with my CM pen.

Happy Cow

I used a MissyB stamp set on this that I got and never used. Plus sizzlit photo corners that I haven't used very often. I used Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge Sketch 37 for this card.
supplies:
stamps: Missy B Happy Cows
extras: sizzlit photo corners, brads, prismacolors
