Recently when I was looking through my stamps I saw my Creeper stamps from The Greeting Farm. I've had them for so long and most haven't seen ink so I thought it would be really fun to do a Creeper Week featuring those that are named for the days of the week!

There are so many cutesy, soft, pastel creations right now for Easter that I thought I'd switch it up and do something a little bold and fun! 

I used the fun stamp, Madden from The Greeting Farm. She is part of the Creeper Crew which are always so hip and cool! I also used the "smile" from the Hello & Smile dies!

Sweet and Sassy

I had great plans to do more crafting this week but it just hasn't happened but I did get one card done! Yay!

The stamp is from The Greeting Farm and is called Friday Night. She's part of the Creepin Crew, which are always so fun and different! And yes, it's more of the Basic Grey Lemonade paper! I'm determined to finish it up!

Hope you have a great day! Between lightning striking and causing a power surge last week that took out most of our electronics and my debit card being comprimised this week (to the tune of $948), I'm looking forward to a nice and easy rest of the week/month!! I did get a new haircut today--super short. I like it, just hope I can make it look decent tomorrow--isn't that always the real trick after a haircut??

I was running a bit short on time so I grabbed an image from my stash of images that are already colored for this card. I thought that the Sweet n' Toxic stamp by The Greeting Farm would be fun this close to Halloween.

She's colored with copics and then I added touches of stardust pen for some sparkle. She's paired up with some My Mind's Eye paper, butterflies and rhinestones.

I'm so excited for today because my new consultant kit comes today from CTMH!! Fun, fun, fun!! Hope your day is simply wonderful too!

This week we are getting rid of the winter blahs by using bright colors with our butterfly, fairy or angel!
As a little side challenge for myself, my friend, Sheila and I are using our new super bright stickles that we bought together at our LSS (but I see Susana carries them too!!) in December so be sure to go see what bright and fun creation she has too!! I couldn’t get the stickles to show up very well in the photos but they are there…the pink is on her sweater and the green is on the butterflies. :) and let’s not talk about her hair, don’t know what I was trying to do..sigh!

Our challenge this week is to use the Inspirations Photo/Dia De Los Muertos! You could be inspired by the skulls, cookies, flowers, etc. or the Dia De Los Muertos theme.

I went with the brighter colors and the skulls and used my TGF Sweet n’ Toxic. Poor thing hasn’t been used before I don’t think..so sad. LOL!

TGF Farm Fresh Friday- In with the new

I was really excited to see the new Farm Fresh Challenge blog debut this past week for The Greeting Farm. I rarely played along before but since I have so many TGF stamps, I really want to try and participate more now.

The first challenge, Farm Fresh Friday--In with the new, sounded fun so here's what I came up with using my newly acquired Creepin' Kit, here's Sasha.

I used an older sketch I had saved to get me started on my layout. I have to say, I really miss sketches by Mercy!

Gettin' Creepin'

Do you ever see stamps/images and think, no way-those aren't for me. And then over time, you really begin to like/love the exact same images? Well that's what happened to me with the Creeper Crew from The Greeting Farm. 

I always told myself that they "just aren't my style" and moved on. Well, lately I've noticed that I'm drawn to cards using these images and also Tiddly Inks new Gothic Pin Ups. I am so intrigued by these images and finally decided to break out of my "norm" and start using these images. I think we all go through times as artists/crafters when we want a challenge, want to have some fun and do the unexpected...well these are my challenge, my fun for this stage in my craftin'. 

I was bummed when The Greeting Farm introduced the Creepin' Creeper Crew Collection 1 for one day only and I missed it. But then I got excited when I found a store that still had them so I ordered it! Fun! So here's my first "Creepin'" card! 

I used the sketch for this week's challenge(#29) at 4 Crafty Chicks for the starting point for my layout. It just sort of evolved into a bit different..hehe!
