Blessings

TLC Designs had a fun Spring Fling event recently and they had a free digital stamp, Blessings. It's no longer free but it is still available and it's so sweet!! 

I colored this precious digi up with my copics and fussy cut it out. I have some of TLC Designs dies coming soon! They really have some fun ones but until they get here I used my new Pink & Main Reverse Scallop Rectangle dies. I layered the "love" from a SU die set and added little hearts for an extra little touch. 

I thought it needed some sparkle so I used some stardust stickles on some of the flowers and wings. 

How sweet did this turn out! Can't wait to create more with some TLC Designs images and dies!!

Loo Loo Ballerina

I started this card a week ago. Little did I know all the mess that would happen this week with my ankle. Finally today I got answers at least. I go in next Friday, the 19th, for surgery on my ankle. The recovery time is looking like 4-6 weeks. I'm very hopeful that after a few days I will be able to be in my craft room but we'll just have to see. 

Until then I'm going to do what I can to create, create, create and schedule some posts during my recovery. 

I was going through my digi stamps recently and found this little pig that I don't think I've ever colored up so I printed her out. She's just so darling! I mean what could be cuter than a pig in a tutu!!

Troll Ellie

I cannot tell a lie. I am smitten with the movie Trolls. I know it's for kids but it just makes me happy!

Lucky for me others must love the movie too as I'm seeing Troll stamps pop up at various stores! They are all on my wishlist! I did go ahead and get started on my Troll collection though by getting a digi from The Paper Nest Dolls called Troll Ellie. I just adore her and she was fun to color up!

The colors are a bit off as I just got a new light tent to take photos of my cards in and I'm learning it. Her hair is more pink than purple. :)

Think Spring!

I do like winter with the cold and snow but after a certain point I start to long for spring...now is that point! It's crazy we have temps one day of 85 and then down to the 30's the next. I'll be happy to have it warmer and to see all the trees and flowers start to spring to life!

My card today uses a digi from The Paper Nest Dolls called Avery with Birdhouse Banner. We are getting several bird feeders and maybe a house or two for our yard so I thought this digi was too much fun!

Sonny Honeycloud Cards and Cupcakes

Today I have a card using a Little Miss Muffet digi, Sonny Honeycloud Cards and Cupcakes. I thought she could be used for a Valentine's card or a birthday card! I started out thinking I'd make her a Valentine's card but ended up with a birthday card~ LOL! 

I struggled a bit with the shaker part of the card since it's been awhile since I've made one but in the end I was able to get it all finished without my errors showing! 

I did stamp three cupcakes on the inside but forgot to take a photo!

I really think shaker cards are fun! I'll admit that I *may* have sat and shook it up a couple of times!

Coffee Lover Mae

I had to have this digi, Coffee Lover Mae, from Some Odd Girl when I saw her! I think it captures how many of us feel when we have that magical cup of coffee and the happiness it brings us!

I was so excited on Tuesday when I saw THIS post!! Pixie Dust Studio is coming back!! I have always adored these sweet, fun, cute digis! 

I decided to spread my happiness by coloring up this sweet girl! I have her saved as Gentry but she might have a new name now. I happened to look around the shop a bit and I see several new digis I *have* to have!! I mean look at the cute Finding Dory, Cinderella Mermaid and Ariel Mermaid!! So so cute!!

Have a Cozy holiday!

I was so excited to get my first clear stamp set from Power Poppy. My wishlist is a mile long so I pretty much just did eeny-meany-miney-mo to choose the first one to order and I ended up with Cozy Cupfuls! I know, I was shocked it was a holiday/winter set too! LOL!

Kraft-tember Krafty Krop Challenge #1

Oh deer!

My best friend spoiled me for my birthday and got me several cute stamp sets on my wishlist including this one from Clearly Besotted called Deer to Me. I just {love} it so much! I can't wait to create more with it!

For today's card I used my Zig Clean Color markers on it. I really enjoyed playing around with watercolor and hope to do it more!

Today is my birthday and I have to say it's been so wonderful! It even started out with deer in my yard!!

You mermaid to be awesome

Hello there! Happy 4th of July! 

Today I have a card using a technique I've been dying to try! I scribbled on an acrylic block with my Zig Clean Color markers, sprayed it with water and then pressed the watercolor paper on it.

I just {love} the effect it had and it was the perfect background for my little mermaid! Isn't she precious? She's from the newly released Little Mermaids set! Unfortunately the set is sold out already but I know it'll be back in stock soon!!
