I was so excited to find out 2 weeks ago that I was chosen to be a guest designer over at Raise The Bar Challenge!!

Due to some circumstances out of their control the challenge, Friendship that was suppose to be last week got moved to this week.

I was on the ball last week and had made THIS CARD for the challenge and had great plans to make another one for this week.

But with the news of our upcoming move and life changes and then a pesky headache, I just didn't get a new card done.

Regardless, I'm still thrilled that they chose me and also that they understand why I didn't get a new card done.

Raise The Bar #101

I have been having the worst time with blogger this week! None of my posts posted when I scheduled them! I hope it's a temporary problem that will soon be resolved! and I'm crossing my fingers that this one posts as scheduled! I usually use Live Writer to write my posts and I'm wondering if that's the problem, so writing this from blogger...crossing my fingers it works! LOL! Well, it didn't post. Sigh. So frustrating!!

Raise the Bar challenge-Leave Summer

I was so excited that my card won a spot in the top 3 at Raise The Bar Challenge so I get to be a guest bar-tender this week!!

Here’s what I came up with using Autumn from Victoria Case for SCACD. She is one of my most favorite fall stamps! I got a little bright with my coloring so I paired it with some darker papers..I really like the way it turned out!

I just had to play along with the Raise the Bar Challenge this week as their challenge is to paper piece!! You all know I love that technique!!
Of course the hardest part is choosing what stamp to use! LOL! I finally decided on my sweet Little Frieda’s Daisy from The Crafts Meow.

Raise the Bar Challenge #72

This week at the Raise The Bar Challenge they have a color challenge~ use primary colors, red, blue and green!

I found this cute digi-Capri Marci Sitting in my digi folder just screaming to be colored, who am I to argue?  I had to break my no-Big Shot challenge to use an embossing folder but that was it--no dies were used.

Raise The Bar-Challenge #30

The challenge this week at Raise The Bar is to show them your "Pearly Whites". I thought that sounded fun so I wanted to play along.

Here's what I came up with~ I thought Aud from the Victoria Case for SCACD Hearts and Hugs Collection 2 would be fun to use some pearls with so I got her inky.


For my pearls I used my Viva Decor Ice White pen. Aud is also stamped twice with one cut out and put on dimensionals.
