Our challenge for today is Water, Water Everywhere!! Watercolor Only--must color image with any sort of watercoloring (ie, w/ Shimmerz, Twinkling H2O's, SU markers/reinkers, distress inkers, etc.)
I must admit I almost asked if I could take this week off as watercolor is not my best coloring medium but then I remembered, this is a challenge and it's called that for a reason, to challenge you! So I challenged myself to take the challenge! LOL!
Remember to check out Susana's store blog, Follow Your Heart, to see how you can play along and also to check out the other wonderful creations by the other design team members.
Here's my creation~ I did "cheat" and did the skin tones with regular prismacolor pencils but the hair, skirt and doggie are watercolored.

Roses
I received this image while I was Image Queen on a yahoo group. I attempted to watercolor it with my prismacolor watercolor pencils. I think I need more practice. I outlined it with a copic as well.I used a fiskars border punch that has been collecting dust. Pretty simple but with such a large image I thought simple was good.
