A flutter by card....just late!

It's as done as it's gonna get!

Still not totally thrilled with my area but it's better than it was and I weeded some things out so life is good.
Before~

After~

Edited to say that I didn't mean I wasn't thrilled with my area, just not how I envisioned it in my head. I absolutely am blessed and love my area and all my crafty supplies. I've also been doing this for over 10 years--well the scrapbooking part--so I've had lots of time to collect things!! Thanks for all the compliments on my room/area....wish I could have you all over to play!!

Copic bundles!!

I'm so excited! while I was MIA, Susana got in some copic bundles! What is so cool is that they are colors designed to work together and Suzanne has tutorials on them too!! These are unique to Susana's store! Here's a few more great things about them!
-colors were put together that work and blend well together, great starting point for those starting out with Copics
-if someone isn't interested in spending $60+ on a set of Copics this is a wonderful way to start out and add to your collection
-there are Copic tutorials for each bundle
-there will be additional bundles added in the future!
Have you ordered some yet? Why not? Get shopping! I know I am!!

Flutter By Wednesday #46

It's time for another Flutter By Wednesday!! I'm so happy to see more and more people playing along each week! Just makes me smile! Next month there will be blog candy again so keep checking in!!
I'd love to see your Flutter By creations! Just leave a comment with a link or if you upload to PCP or SCS, use the keyword FBW46.
The challenge this week was to use the colors orange and yellow as they are the favorite colors of one of my friends that I haven't been able to be in touch with as much lately as I use to. I just wanted her to know I was thinking of her. So this weeks cards are all for Carla.
Thought we'd try something a tad different. Instead of a slideshow of all my Flutter By Team cards each week I will feature one team members card here on my blog each Wednesday. The rest will have theirs up on their blogs too so be sure to check them all out and leave them some love!
This week our Flutter By Team member's card that is featured is Kimmie!! And here's her wonderful card~

We also have a guest designer this week!! Janna Hull!!! If you haven't visited her blog, do so! Her talent is out of this world and she is just the sweetest!! Here's her card for this week~

Be sure to stop by all the Flutter By Team's blogs and leave some love and also visit Janna's!!
Tina~ I'm sad to say that this is Tina's last week on the team. Her life is becoming more hectic and busy so she's stepping down from the team to concentrate on other things! I had to add her card as it's just too cute!! Thanks for all your hard work on the team, Tina and we'll miss you but I still will visit your blog often!!!

And sadly, I have no card to share. With the frustration of no internet, phone or cable I threw myself into another project~~going through and reorganizing my scrap/stamp space. Here's the before photos and during photos and hopefully I'll have "afters" soon!!

For those of you who make your flutter by cards early...no challenge for next week other than to have a butterfly somewhere on your card!!

( Read here to see why this post is late)
Madelynn threw me for a loop this week! Instead of a sketch, we have an inspiration challenge!!
Hope you can play along! Just leave a comment on Madelynn's blog with a link to your creation or if you upload to SCS or PCP, use the keyword MTTSC11.
Here's the inspiration for the week~

The main thing that struck me from this delicious looking mug, was the big bow and the colors so that's what I tried to use on my card. Be sure to check out the Christmas Stampin' All Year Long Blog to see the sketch and check out all the other challenge divas creations!

Miss me?

YAYYYYYY!! I'm back! Did you miss me?? We did our landscaping on our yard on Saturday and despite me telling people to not dig where my cable was, they did and you guessed it...my cable got cut. Which means we've been without cable, internet and phone since then. GASP!!

I have TONS to catch up on and several posts to catch up on too but for now I have to be a mom and help with homework and then head to kung fu. Stay tuned!!
