Birthday Notebook

I finally made something just for me. I altered this little notebook I found at Target so I can keep birthday's in it. Seems I'm always searching everywhere for family and friends birthday's so now they are all in one place. You can't really tell from the photo but Cuppacakeabella is paper pieced.
