I love this retired set from TAC but always seem to forget about it. Used it for my Tuesday sketch card on a yahoo group. I originally just had the baby in the umbrella stamped and then thought some raindrops would look nice so I masked the baby and added raindrops. You can't tell from the photo but I also went over the raindrops with a clear glaze pen and it looks more like rain. Everything but the brads are from TAC.Supplies:
