I love using primary colors on cards/layouts. They just seem to make you want to smile. Here I used another sketch I found on SCS, SC129. I used my nestibilities for the circle and scalloped circle. The stamp is from a retired TAC set, Celebrate You--I think. I colored with my prismacolors and then used stardust pens and glitter pens on the candle, swirls on the cake, edge of the plate and around the white circle. I also added some bright brads as I just thought it needed something.

Bright and Cheery!
