For a swap I'm in we were to make a red, white and blue card. This is what I came up with. I used a sketch from SCS--SC50. The stamps are TAC's Ragdolls. Colored with prismacolors and gamsol. Patterned paper is retired TAC FingerPaints. I paper pierced the edge of the image and faux stitched with a CM pen. I also used a glitter pen on the heart on her dress for just a touch of sparkle.
