On a yahoo group I'm on I signed up to do an Under The Sea swap. I only have a few fishy stamps so it was a bit challenging for me. The fish is from a retired TAC set, All Occasion Celebrations. I colored him with prismacolors and OMS. Then I went over the entire thing with crystal lacquer. I used my nestabilities for the scalloped and regular circle. I used embroidery thread for the buttons and then put them on pop dots, along with the fish being on foam tape for some dimension.

This is a really cute card! I like how you used the cystal lacquer on the fish and all of those hand sewn buttons had to have taken some time!
