Christmas Bingo......

One of the yahoo groups I'm on is having a "bingo with a twist" game. You have a bingo card and the spaces each have a "thing" you have to create either a card or layout with. Once you complete that card/LO, then you can mark off that square and try for bingo. We have to try and use a Christmas theme with it all. Fun stuff. Plus the jump start I needed to get busy on these Christmas cards this year.
My first card is my feeble attempt at color blocking. Not sure I did it right but I tried. All the paper is scraps I had from last year (I'll be using lots of scraps this year!). The image is from TAC's retired Mister Penguin set. I colored him with prismacolors and odorless mineral spirits with touches of stardust pen. I also added fun flock to his little pom-pom on his hat.
This card is for my "use heat embossing" square. It's hard to see but I embossed the music notes/bars (TAC's SOTM last month, Buggy Boxes) with antique gold embossing powder. It's so sparkly and pretty in real life. The snowmen are from the retired TAC set, Heart Sings. I colored them with prismacolors and stardust pen then doodled around the border with a CM fine tip pen.
