Just Dream and Hello

One of the groups I'm on has two spotlight members every month that you send a card to. I made these two cards for this month's members. This first card uses a limited edition stamp set, TAC's Just Dreamy (only available through August 15th). There is a larger set in the newest TAC catalog called Just Dream that should arrive soon at my house, hehe! I love these funky angels.
Anyway, she is colored with prismacolors and odorless mineral spirits. I added crystal stickles to her wings. The paper is, you guessed it, some in my scrap pile. I dug through my fiber and found this strand that matched and then I looked through my brads and found those that matched as well. I also used my decorative scissors (which in real life it looks much straighter!).
I haven't used my Elzybell's in a while so I decided to use this adorable girl in the swing. I colored her with prismacolors and odorless mineral spirits. Then I added yellow dots to the center of the flowers with my souflee pen. I also added clear glaze pen to the ropes of the swing for a little dimension.
I paper pierced the edges and then used my CM pen for a faux sewn look. The sentiment from TAC's hostess set, Feel Better. I embossed it with white embossing powder.
The paper I found in some CM shortcuts that were given to me. It still needed something so I added the riboon on. It's simple but I really like it and hopefully the wonderful lady who receives it will to!
