Scrapchallenge.com

This bingo challenge was really fun. We had to go to www.scrapchallenge.com and choose our challenge. Mine was to use decorative scissors.
The image is from a retired TAC set, Heart Sings. I colored him with prismacolors and stardust pens. Then added glitter to make him sparkle.
I think the scissors I used were dragonback....not sure. The sentiment is from a retired TAC set as well.
