Use stars

Yup, another bingo challenge. Use stars. I had the circle already cut out and laying on my table so I decided to use it. The patterned paper is from TAC. All the stamps are from retired TAC sets, Fun Filled Holidays, Good Life and Holiday Greetings. I used an old template, a border buddy, for the jagged edge of the cardstock. Then I went around it with a white gelly pen. The stars with the snowman are colored in with a stardust pen. The scarf is colored with CM pens and the nose was with an Impress marker.
