I thought I needed some bright colors so I used all primary colors for this card. The image is from TAC-retired--Celebrate Your Day. I colored it using prismacolors and stardust pens. The yellow cardstock is cuttlebugged using the d'vine swirl background. I know I've seen a sketch similar to this at SCS, which is where I got the inspiration for this layout.
