I love this saying in this TAC set, Nothing is better, but I don't think I've ever used it!
I used SC29 for the layout. The background is done with my new cuttlebug embossing folder, argyle. The circles were cut out with my nestibilities and the flower is colored with prismacolors and OMS with touches of stardust pen. I added little dots to the scallops of the circle with my white gelly roll pen.
