Poppin' Good Birthday

I have so many birthdays this month! Yikes! I am not fond of making birthday cards. I know they should be easy but I struggle with them.
I recently got this cute House Mouse stamp, Poppin Good Birthday. It makes it a bit easier to make a birthday card..hehehe.
I tried to do Jen Del Muro's SFYTT but I strayed away from it a bit as I just couldn't make the panel behind the image work.

The paper is some I got from CM. I sponged ink around the edges of the image and cardstock for a fun look. The ribbon is some I picked up at Walmart.

I colored Mudpie and Muzzy mouse with prismacolors, copics and OMS with a touch of stardust pen to the center of the popcorn adn the candles.
I just love these little mice, they make me smile!

Hee Hee... Those mice are just too cute. I think I have enough candles these days to make pop corn.

Hey, I just wanted to manke sure you know that when you use the Prisma pencils with the Copics, you should always do the Copics first? The wax from the pencils can clog the copic nibs over time if you do the Copics on top of the pencil. Just checking...
