Isn't it amazing what wonderful creations you can see while checking out blogs? A few weeks I was reading my daily blogs on google reader (what an awesome thing) and I saw this post on Katie's blog.
Oh my!! I just fell in love with this set!! I quickly emailed a trusty SU demo and asked if it was retired. Yes, it is. NO!!!!! I went into panic mode. Why is it when something isn't available you want it even more??
I went to ebay and told myself that if I found a set, I had to have it. I found exactly one set. Brand new. And you can tell, I won it.
So here's my first card with this retired SU set, Livin' Large. I colored her with copics, prismacolors, OMS and then added touches of stardust pen and also fruit punch stickles to the flowers.
I used my CM cutting system (with new blades!) for the ovals and my Martha Stewart punch for the edges. Paper was in my scrap pile and ribbon is from CTMH.
I use to never put sentiments on the inside. Don't know why but that's changing now!! I stamped a sentiment from the same set inside.
Thanks for stopping by!!
