Sock Tilda

I think the name of this cutie is Sock Tilda. If not, well that's what I'm calling her. LOL! Another image that was shared with me. This is also the first Tilda I've cut out to have her sit on the card.
I'm a pretty "challenged" person when it comes to anything sharp. Doctor visits or at least bandaids usually are required. But I am happy to say that I was able to cut most of her out with my little scissors and then did a bit of detail cutting with a new craft knife and I didn't hurt myself!! Woo-hoo! LOL!

The paper is from my scrap pile. I liked the paisley look so I used my paisley cuttlebug embossing folder and then went over it with some shimmer chalk. I used my nestablities for the circles.
I also colored her with prismacolors and added some touches of stardust pen and of course, crystal stickles to her wings. I wanted to keep the "round" feel so I also used my corner rounder on the corners.

On the inside and envelope I used TAC's Paisley Rocks set.

I think it turned out okay for my first attempt at cutting out an image. Thanks for looking!

This is absolutely adorable, I love it! I'm glad things went well with the craft knife, I've certainly done my fair share of damage with those :) You have cut her out wonderfully, I just love this. TFS!
Hugs, Christine :)
