I colored her with prismacolors and then added touches of stardust pen to the centers of the flowers. Of course her wings needed to sparkle so I used my favorite crystal stickles on them. The sentiment is from a retired TAC set. Paper is TAC and I used sequins for the flowers with tiny buttons I've had forever.
