For March, (can you believe it's March 1st?), we decided to have our theme be flowers! Fun!!
So to start off the month I decided to use one of my most favorite stamps, Gerbera Daisy by TAC. I stamped the flower twice and cut one out, popped it up on pop dots for dimension. And go me, I changed the thread and bobbin on my sewing machine without having to look at the directions! LOL!
It's really a dark brown not black cardstock and a yellow not orange....regardless, I really like how this turned out!
Oops! Forgot to go around the edges of the flower I cut out with a black marker...isn't it funny how photos make us see all our little mistakes? hehehe!

I just love this daisy it is one of my favorite stamps also! I like how you colored it and layered it up to give the petals some depth!

So glad we did a monthly theme...I'll be able to keep up with that MUCH better. AND I have a TON of flowers all over my room that have been screaming for YEARS to be used!
This card is fabulous. I always love how you color this image. The colors you choose are beautiful - the dp is gorgeous as well. AWESOME job about sewing...I have a sewing machine sitting on my desk and it's just collecting dust. MAYBE I should try using it...
