Here's the great sketch~
Here's what I created~I used sweet Tilly the Teacup Girl for my image. I just love her hair, makes me smile.
I was in a bright, happy color mood so I colored her to go with the new DeLovely paper I had to try because I saw so many other bloggers using it! Yup, I'm a follower!
My circle was a bit big so I moved the two embellies (and I made it 3 embellies,hehe) on the right side over to the left..I know what a rebel I am, huh? LOL!
She needed some sparkle so I added some stickles to the center of all the flowers.
