The challenge this week at Party Time Tuesday is to use the colors pink, brown and white and of course, you must have a birthday greeting or sentiment on the front of you creation!
Here's my creation~ I inked up my C.C. Designs Balloon Emma and had her sit on the Sugarplums bench.

- paper: Cryogen White cardstock, Basic Grey Sultry,
