Anything goes...really?

The challenge this week at SSC Copic Challenge Group is anything goes. Really? I think sometimes those challenges are harder than ones with specific guidelines, at least for me they are.

Of course the hardest part for me is to figure out what stamp to use. After looking through my stamp image catalogs for what seemed like hours I finally decided to ink up one of my Miss Anya Lounge stamps as they've never been inked...sigh.

I stamped her twice and cut one out to layer for some dimension. For my paper I used some of my favorite TAC paper, Rustic Chic. I had fun with my new Doodlebug Mini Jewels too..must get more of these!

When looking at the sketches I had saved on my computer, I decided on one from the old bella forum on SCS.
Anyone have any tips/suggestions for me on adding sentiments? I struggle with that so much. Like this card, I really wanted to add a sentiment but didn't know where/how to put one...anyone? suggestions/tips?? Thanks!

The little details~ Miss Anya Lounge, Memento Tuxedo Black ink, copics, Rustic Chic paper, cardstock, border punch, Martha Stewart punch, flowers, Doodlebug Mini Jewels,

Another adorable card, Danni! Your coloring just amazes me! I agree - I don't know where you would put a sentiment on this card:)

Hi Danni,

She is just the cutest little thing and your coloring is amazing. As far as a sentiment, I haven't done this, but I've seen others who use those little mini tags and either hang them on with twine or ribbon to match the colors and then when it's mailed it just lays on the card - no extra bumps or lumps and it looks really cute and doesn't take away from the card layout or papers. Just a thought. Have a good week-end.

Great card. Love the flower and how you colored her hair. Something I have seen a lot recently is to stick a tag behind some of the layers in a corner.

darling card! I love the mini butterfly with the gem. :) I have a hard time adding sentiments as well, so I usually use mini ones (from PMS's Little Moments set or PTI's Mixed Messages set) and stamp them on my image panel. :)

Danni, your coloring is amazing on this card! love, love, LOVE it! :) I struggle with sentiments sometimes too. I have some clear acetate sheets that I'll stamp a sentiment on and lay it over the card in different spots to see if I would really like it there or not, before I stamp it on the card. It often helps me decide. I like small sentiments that I can punch out and pop on the card somewhere too. :)
