I have it here...sooo much snow - well for the UK anyway...my decci's are up been wrapping pressies getting a tree on the 12th...fab...sending you some xmas spirit across the waters hun Sarah x
Oh girl, I'm so sorry to hear this, but I can relate to you as sometimes I get in a "rut" and it seems like it comes without me really knowing it!! LOL!!
Sometimes I find it VERY helpful to help out others in need...for me, when I hear the bell ringers around Christmas or the "stuff the bus" or pick out a child's wish from the tree hits my heart more than anything this time of year and I always get into the Christmas spirit by helping someone else...so think about that, even if it's something very small, it means so much to someone else! HUGS
Danni I know what you mean...this time of year can be so much fun but so much needs to be done to prepare! I have talked to a few of my friends and you are not alone.
Like Vicki, I find helping someone else really does work. So many children are on wish lists and I even saw a store where you can help a senior. Hope you find it soon! HUGS
yes, the Christmas Spirit lies within our hearts. I had a hard time tapping into mine as well, but it's really all about the love the kindness you feel for one another. Not how much you can do or how much you can spend. There are numerous sites on splitcoast asking for cards to be sent to so and so with cancer, or such and such who has MS and cannot make the kids with cancer at the hospital cards this year. I found it there. While taking the time to just stop and make these few cards. It reminded me of what it's really all about. And it allowed me to tap into mine. I hope you find your muse to tap into yours too. It can be a lot of work or a lot of fun depending on the presure and load you have. Will say a prayer you find yours soon!
