It all started innocently enough. I commented on Lorie's awesome creation HERE. Then a few emails were exchanged and then those words were said--I challenge you to make one! Eeekkkkk!!
I tried to ignore the challenge, nobody knew about it but Lorie and I. Hehe. But sadly it kept haunting me...I had been challenged...can't let that get away from me so here I am...taking on the challenge!
I used these directions from the talented Kristine.
And here's what I came up with~ (note to self, when the tutorial says cardstock is harder to fold...listen!! I did have a hard time using cardstock for the drawers but I did it..they just aren't perfect)
I used an image I had colored earlier in the month, Supah Star by Tiddly Inks. I'm giving this to Annabelle so I thought she'd like having a fun girly on it. Plus her favorite color is purple so what's better than purple hair?
Also check out the one my friend Jennie made too!!
The little details~ Basic Grey Oh Baby! Girl (from my hoarded stash), SU cardstock, brads, Supah Star, copics, Petaloo Dazzlers, stickles, stardust pen,

You rocked her challenge! Very cute and sweet!!
Wow! Your rocked the challenge is right. Fabulous creation!
THAT is fabby Danni!! LOVE your cute image and fun colors of this!! I'm so giddy you girls followed my tutorial. Since then, I have come across other tutorials by other people who used cardstock and it's not origami so it's not so thick and hard to fold. You just have to tape the end flaps in for the drawers. I've made one and think I like it better than mine. But on the other hand, I really like how the drawers look using DP too. =) Anyways... all that to say, I LOVE YOUR EASEL DRAWER CARD!! WOOT WOOT! *Ü* Thanks for linking me too! You're awesome! Hugs!
Oh my goodness is this adorable. It looks too complex for me.
