It’s time once again for The Pink Elephant Challenge! Be sure to visit the blog to see how you can play along and to see the other fabulous creations by the rest of the DT!
Our challenge this week is to create a sympathy card. A true challenge for me. Sadly, I actually needed a sympathy card as my best friend’s brother was killed recently. Sigh. These are never easy to make, are they?
Here’s what I came up with using Sending Love Angel from the Guardian Angels Collection by Elisabeth Bell for SCACD. I stamped her with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored her with my copics and then paired her with Teresa Collins-Tell Your Story paper. My sentiment is from TAC. To finish the card I added touches of stardust pen and stickles and a few Kaisercraft pearls.
Not your traditional sympathy card I know but I thought it still turned out nice and hope it brings comfort to my best friend.
Hope you’ll join us this week at The Pink Elephant Challenge!
