I gave my 2 week notice at the grocery store I work at this week. Sam pointed out that we moved here so I could work at the zoo and why hadn't I followed that dream? So I took the plunge, gave my notice and put in my application at the zoo!! and....I have an interview on Sunday!! I am beyond excited as this has been a dream for well over 20 years! I will probably be a cashier in guest services or possibly help with the rides or who knows what but that's okay, it's a foot in the door and it's the ZOO!!!
I also have been busy with Jamberry. It has really taken off for me and I am having so much fun with it!!
Enough of my ramblings though, on to today's card! I really love this stamp by Cathy Delanssay called In Summer. She looks so carefree...so relaxed and ready for whatever summer brings her way!
I felt a little rusty with my coloring and putting the whole card together but I think it turned out nice. What do you think?

My second grand daughter wants to work at Taronga Zoo in Sydney. She is in her last year at school. She comes down to Sydney from the Blue Mountains one day a week doing an Animal Studies certificate 2 course at the zoo (3 hours travelling each way). She hopes to get into the certificate 3 course next year.
