Another one bites the dust...

Almost a year ago, November 2014, I challenged myself to use up 10 6x6 paper pads before purchasing any new ones. I've finished one, yes sadly one pad until tonight! Make that 2 pads gone--only 8 more to go before I can splurge on a new one! LOL!

These cards were all made to finish up the My Mind's Eye-Lime Twist-Happy Go Lucky 6x6 pad and it is gone, history, out of here!! and I must say it really feels like such an accomplishment!

The first card uses Shy Marci from La La Land Crafts. I had fun paper piecing her dress!

Stamps~ La La Land-Shy Marci
Ink~ Memento Tuxedo Black, SU Rich Razzleberry,
Cardstock~ misc white, SU Rich Razzleberry
Designer Paper~ My Mind's Eye-Lime Twist-Happy Go Lucky
Other Goodies~ copics, SU heart punch

Next I used a cutie from The Greeting Farm! She is from the Magical Bean Kit which isn't available at the moment. I had fun coloring her hair a fun color and it was like putting a puzzle together to come up with the layout for the card. The sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps-Simply Stitched Circles.

The last card was super fun! I sensed I was on a "theme" of hearts so I just ran with it! What a fun way to use up the rest of the scraps!!

Thanks for stopping by and be sure to stop back by on Friday for my birthday Flutter By Hop!! I can't wait to see the fabulous fluttery creations and I know you'll want to see them too!

Cute cards, Danni. I especially love that first one! I have never, ever used up a pad of paper. I have at least 90% of nearly every pad I have ever owned. I guess it would help if I actually put some on my cards:) See you tomorrow!

Good challenge-but I could never stick to it! I have a Raskog cart full of 6x6's. Addicted for sure...! Love your pretty cards and beautifully colored images!

what fun cards! I really admire your determination to completely use those 6x6 paper pads... I think I've only ever used a small handfull and that is only if I have one of the exact same as a back up... I get antsy if I start to run low. tee hee! good for you! :)
