Polka Dot Pals Petunia

I'm a little late with this card but better late than never, right? Little Miss Muffet Stamps has a Facebook group and in February there was a Progressive Challenge that used this adorable digi, Polka Dot Pals Petunia. I just love her! So even though I'm late, I couldn't *not* color her up!!
