Celebrate

Today I'm sharing my third project for the 30 projects in 30 days challenge I'm in.

I used a cute Conie Fong digi, Little Blossom Holding Balloons. She's ready to help someone celebrate!! Since I had printed the image pretty large I chose to make it a very simple CAS (clean and simple) design.
