Mermaid Monday- January Mertot

It's time for another Mermaid Monday! Today I have a super cute Mertot from Sweet November Stamps called January MerTot. She is so adorable!!

When I started coloring her all I could think of was "she wore a little itty bitty yellow polka dot bikini" so I went with that and did yellow and polka dots! 

I also thought she was perfect for a mini slimline size card so I picked out one of my new Kat Scrappiness dies and decided to use the Mini Slimline Tri-Frames Dies. 

The bubbles and sentiment are from the Sweet November Merwees Set #1 stamp set. I added glossy accents to the bubbles for a fun effect!
