Wishing you a turtle-ee day!

It's Wednesday so that means it's time for another TLC Designs project! Are you following the TLC Designs Blog? If not, you should! The other design team members post some of the most inspiring creations plus you don't want to miss any TLC Designs news!!

Today I am using the ultra adorable Turtle-icious stamp set!! So many CUTE images in this set!! I stamped out my turtle friends and then colored them with copics.

After I had the cute turtles colored and fussy cut out the card went in a totally different direction than what I planned. LOL! Does that ever happen to you? 

I used the Scalloped Rectangle Garden die to die cut a "base" and then used some distress oxide inks to create my background. 

As I was putting my turtle friends on to the card I decided it still needed a little something so I stamped the flowers from the Turtle-icious stamp set, colored them and then fussy cut them out for some little corner decorations. 

To finish the card I stamped the sentiment and then added it all to the card base. I then decided it need just a little sparkle so I added some stickles to the flowers.
