Mermaid Monday- You Shore Are Sweet

I found this mermaid in my digi file and thought she'd be fun to color up and create with! She was a freebie at one time from The Greeting Farm.

For the background I used a smooshing technique that I was reminded of with Crafty Al's video HERE! I think it turned out pretty!

Some sparkle and some dew drops finish off the card.
