Hello again! I'm so happy that I get to see you all again so soon! In case you missed my introduction, my name is Trixie and I'm Danni's holiday helper. You can read all about me in this post.
I have had many discussions with Danni and man, that woman really does need help. I suggested she create a Christmas card..she said no..I said yes and well, we won't go into details but I believe there were some sparkles being thrown. In the end I talked her into a winter card...I suppose some stubborn folks need to take baby steps.
Danni finally decided on using this adorable image, Winter Susan from Elisabeth Bell for SCACD, Sampler #3. She colored her with copics and we won't even discuss the colors she wanted to use. I persuaded her into these fabulous colors. It was also my idea to use her sparkly copic glitter pens for the designs on the hat.
I tried to help her pick out papers to go with her image but well, let's just say she's a bit possessive over her hoarded papers. I'm thinking I might have to call Edgar and Auguste for an intervention soon. She chose Tinsel by Memory Box. I didn't say anything but I think I spy a bit of holiday in these papers, no? Maybe I'm getting through to her!
To finish the card Danni added some of that fabulous sparkly fluff to the scarf and pom-pom's of the hat and some wonderful stickles to the present. A few embellishments and would you look at that, I think Danni's on her way to some holiday cheer!
Ohhh, Danni's friend Susana (boy is she ever nice!!) contacted me and wanted me to let you all know that she has the amazing Sew Easy tools IN STOCK!! These are just amazing so get yours now!!
The little details~ Winter Susan,Memento Tuxedo Black, copics, cardstock, copic glitter pens, Memory Box Tinsel, sparkly fluff, stickles, border punch, flowers, lace, pearls,
Toodles~
