Using a new approach

Usually when designing a card or project I always start with the stamp/image first. Well, I decided today to start with the leftovers from a kit I got, errr, umm…last July from Paper Makeup Stamps. I thought I could see what I could come up with by starting the opposite of my normal process.

I had so much fun doing my card this way! Really made me think outside my normal ideas! I think I’ll be trying this more often!

I got the idea to use fun flock--always forget I have it!--from this card on SCS. I paper pieced her dress too! {sigh, my poster paint pen blobbed on her bow, hope I fixed it well enough}

The little details~ PMS July 2010 kit, Sally Sheep, Memento Tuxedo Black ink, copics, ultra-fine white sharpie poster paint pen, fun flock, scrappers floss,

Yay! I *finally* got this card put together and posted! It’s been on my desk for a week, geesh! I’m trying to get in the swing of things again but it might be a slow going thing, bear with me!!

Had to share this photo I took yesterday on our first hike here in Washington. Despite feeling like I was going to die, I did it! LOL! The waterfalls were just gorgeous and worth the pain..I think!!

Very cute card! I've tried to make my cards in the reverse by choosing my image second and that is not too easy. That waterfall pic is beautiful.

Fun card, love how you used the mix of papers. It's fun to do things a little differently sometimes.
