Every time I see this gorgeous image, The Victorian, from the latest Carmen Medlin for SCACD release, I think of Mary Poppins..hehe…
Now that you’re smiling and singing along, here’s my creation for today~ along with The Victorian, I also used my new Basic Grey Picadilly paper--such happy papers!! Her dress screamed to be paper pieced too..my favorite technique!!
